By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You understand and agree that any incorrect information may lead to filing rejection or delay
• You grant Bentham permission to use, process, and transmit data as required to complete your legal filing

All content, branding, and software tools offered on Bentham are the exclusive property of Bentham's parent company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion without express written consent.

Bentham is not liable for delays or rejections caused by government portals, incorrect user submissions, or external legal decisions. While we offer human fallback for complex scenarios, we do not guarantee success in legal filings.

All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to the use of Bentham's services, including but not limited to the interpretation, breach, termination, or validity of these terms, shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration shall be:

• Conducted by a sole arbitrator, mutually appointed by both parties
• Seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, which shall also be the exclusive jurisdiction for any interim relief or enforcement of arbitral awards
• Conducted in English
• Binding and final on both parties

Each party shall bear its own legal costs, unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
