Our Refund Promise

At Bentham, we want your legal journey to feel fair, safe, and stress-free. Here's how refunds work:

Haven't Filed Yet?

You'll get a full refund, no questions asked - including the government fee.

Just one: if you're cool with it, tell us why you're leaving? We're still learning, and your feedback = gold.

If you've started the process but we haven't filed your application yet, we'll refund 100% of your payment, including the government fee.

We'll process it within 3–5 working days.

Already Filed?

We won't be able to issue a refund.

Once your application is officially filed with the government, the fee gets locked in and can't be reversed. But don't worry — we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

Trouble with the Government Portal?

Sometimes, government systems fail mid-process. If this happens:

• • We'll try to fix it within 5 working days (though government portals sometimes take their own sweet time).
• • If we can't fix it:

• – Our service fee → refunded in full.
• – Government fee not yet charged → returned to you.
• – Government fee already charged → returned to your source account as soon as we receive it from the government.
