Our Refund Promise

At Bentham, we want your legal journey to feel fair, safe, and stress-free. Here's how refunds work:

Haven't Filed Yet?

You'll get a full refund, no questions asked - including the government fee.

Just one: if you're cool with it, tell us why you're leaving? We're still learning, and your feedback = gold.

If you've started the process but we haven't filed your application yet, we'll refund 100% of your payment, including the government fee.

We'll process it within 3–5 working days.

Already Filed?

We won't be able to issue a refund.

Once your application is officially filed with the government, the fee gets locked in and can't be reversed. But don't worry — we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

Trouble with the Government Portal?

Sometimes, government systems fail mid-process.

If this happens:

  • We'll try to fix it within 5 working days, though fair warning, government portals sometimes take their own sweet time. Please be patient.
  • If we can't fix it, we'll refund our service fee in full.
  • We will return the government fee as soon as we receive it to your source account.
  • If the government hasn't charged their fee yet, we'll return that too — and if they already have, we'll send it back as soon as we receive it.
